Agricola Maraviglia is a small-scale, regenerative olive farm located in Monte San Savino, Tuscany, Italy.
Founded in 2019 by Francesco Piattelli Palmarini, the farm is dedicated to producing high-quality, organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) while restoring abandoned groves and promoting sustainable agriculture.
The farm produces a traditional Tuscan blend of Moraiolo (70%), Frantoio, and Leccino olives. The resulting EVOO is cold-pressed and unfiltered, offering a robust flavor profile with a balance of bitterness and spiciness. Agricola Maraviglia's olive oil has received multiple accolades, including Gold Awards at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.
